魏小晶,女,籍贯甘肃会宁,工学博士,bat365在线中文官方网站教师。主要从事母婴微生态与健康调控、母婴童人群功能性食品、乳品营养与技术创新、双歧杆菌和低聚糖的功能挖掘及机制探究;以第一作者发表论文7篇。
